Following the announcement by Presiding Bishop Purity Malinga on 1 April 2021, the Christian Connexion Resource Centre stores have now closed. Methodist Publishing House publishing continues under licence with the MCSA\u2019s trusted partner, Christian Media Publishing. The MPH imprint and the intellectual property of all such publications continue to belong to the MCSA.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

Since 2019, CMP has worked with the Methodist Church of Southern Africa to ensure that the Church\u2019s important Hymn Book publications remain admirable, affordable, available and accessible. Following the crisis brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, CMP is honoured to take on a broader role as authorised licensee of the MCSA publications, from April 2021. In this new role, CMP holds the exclusive licence to print and distribute MCSA-approved copyrighted titles of the Methodist Publishing House. As a publishing company, CMP specialises in the printing and publication of book products. CMP did not buy or take over the closed Christian Connexion (CCRC) stores and does not stock the total product list of items that was traditionally available at the CCRC stores. However, CMP works with Booksite Afrika, the largest book warehousing and distribution facility to the South African book trade. This enables CMP to sell to hundreds of shops all over Southern Africa, thus ensuring that MPH publications will be available in dedicated retail stores near communities in the future.<\/p>\n
