The Human Resources Unit continues to administer and implement all Human<\/p>\n

Resources interventions in the Connexion as mandated, and participates fully in<\/p>\n

the broader mission of the Church and extension of God\u2019s Kingdom. The Unit<\/p>\n

also plays an essential role in the formulation and administration of Church<\/p>\n

policies, also ensuring that the Methodist ethos is adhered to.<\/p>\n

This report therefore gives an overview of the work of the Unit, also taking into<\/p>\n

consideration the following strategic focus areas, including the following:<\/p>\n
